How do I check how many minutes I have left on my prepaid card?
To verify the minutes remaining on your Prepaid card: Dial 2888 from your satellite phone (Free call) OR Iridium now offers SMS Balance Check, providing the ability for customers using prepaid e-vouchers to send a balance inquiry via an SMS to 2888 in order to receive their current status for no charge.
Please Note: MENA cards show the balance based on usage within the defined geographic region of the Middle East North Africa. To determine the useable balance outside of this region please divide the reported balance by 2.5.
