Iridium GO Reloads - Add prepaid minutes to your Iridium GO

Instructions to reload your SatPhoneCity Iridium prepaid card:

1. The SIM card must have been purchased from SatPhoneCity
2. Select the number of minutes required from the drop down menu
3. Enter your SIM card serial number OR satellite phone number in the field above
4. Complete your purchase
5. If you wish to delay the reload or have any other comments they can be entered into the "comments" box on the last page of the checkout process

Please Note:

During checkout in step #4 the system will display "Please choose the shipping method for your order - Free Shipping" Please select this option. Nothing will be shipped, your minutes will be added electronically to your existing SIM card.

* Please Be Aware: Reloads take from 1-4 hours during normal business hours

Unused minutes will "carry forward" if eligible provided the reload is completed prior to the expiry date. Please note that notification of a reload request must be received a minimum of 48 hours prior to the expiry date in order to assure minutes are not lost.
