Thuraya satellite handheld mobile phone service with integrated satellite, GSM and GPS technology. The Thuraya phone offers a wide range of services including voice, data, fax, short messaging and location determination.

Important considerations:

- The initial $10 credit has a credit validity period of 30 days after first call is made
- When the credit validity period is over, any remaining balance will expire and will be reset to zero
- A Subscriber can refill the account with any of the available scratch card denominations. Each scratch card denomination has a corresponding credit validity period

RENEWAL FEES & GRACE PERIOD:

On credit expiry, account enters into grace period. During the Grace period, customer is given two months to refill his account to access Thuraya services. Calls are possible. If account is not refilled during grace period, it will enter the reactivation period. No calls are possible during reactivation period, except calls to 150 (prepaid account main menu). Customer is given four months to reactivate the account, by paying $25.00 US. If it is not reactivated, it will be deactivated.
