BGAN Prepaid Reloads - Add additional minutes to your BGAN prepaid SIM card

BGAN Prepaid Reload:

Instructions to reload your SatPhoneCity BGAN prepaid card:

1. Card must have been purchased from SatPhoneCity
2. Select the number of "units" required from the drop down menu (Note: Expiry periods are shown below)
3. Enter your SIM card serial number OR satellite phone number in the field above
4. Complete your purchase
5. If you wish to delay the reload or have any other comments they can be entered into the "comments" box on the last page of the checkout process

Please Note:

During checkout in step #4 the system will display "Please choose the shipping method for your order - Free Shipping" Please select this option. Nothing will be shipped, your minutes will be added electronically to your existing SIM card.

Unused minutes will "carry forward" if eligible provided the reload is completed prior to the expiry date. Please note that notification of a reload request must be received a minimum of 48 hours prior to the expiry date in order to assure minutes are not lost.
