Warranty Information

Inmarsat, Iridium & Thuraya satellite phones & terminals sold by SatPhoneCity, Inc. are covered by a worldwide 1-year warranty covering parts and labor.

Customers are responsible for returning their goods to our warranty center. Our warranty center also does out-of-warranty repairs – at nominal fees, plus shipping costs for return shipping back to our customers.

Please note that all repairs, both in and out-of-warranty, are coordinated by the SatPhoneCity head-office in Canada, and a return authorization (RMA) must be obtained from us before goods are sent in for repair.
