Iridium Prepaid Reloads

Instructions to reload your SatPhoneCity Iridium prepaid card:

1) Card must have been purchased at SatPhoneCity
2) Select the number of minutes required from the drop down menu (Note: Expiry periods are shown below)
3) Enter your SIM card serial number and phone number in the fields above.

* Please note: Reloads take from 1-4 hours during normal business hours

Unused minutes will "carry forward" provided the reload is completed prior to the expiry date. Please note that notification of a reload request must be received a minimum of 48 hours prior to the expiry date in order to assure minutes are not lost.
