The Mid-East North Africa/Africa (MENA) Plan e-voucher is a high volume discount promotional plan which provides the best value for calls within the region. Calls from or within the MENA region to international locations are at a price of $0.79/minute (395 USD for 500 Minutes).

Geographic Coverage – MENA Region

The MENA Region includes the countries listed below plus 12 nautical miles into coastal waters.

Due to the small geographical size and/or location of islands included in this list, calls may be interpreted by the system as originating from international waters and calls may be restricted. Therefore, the MENA rate or service availability is not guaranteed for these areas .

These vouchers are sold only in single quantities for initial activation and can only be recharged with a regular worldwide voucher

Expiry Period                   12 months from activation. No incoming or outgoing calls are allowed after the prepaid account has expired.

SIM Card Grace Period     90 days from the date of expiry of prepaid account. No calls are allowed during the grace period.

Restrictions                     > MENA vouchers are only available in single quantity per SIM account and only for initial activation, recharges are not available.

> An account may be recharged, using a standard global voucher sold at the regular price. Any previous unused minutes at the time of recharge will be forfeited.

> Must be used with prepaid SIMs.

> MENA e-vouchers cannot be mixed with any other e-voucher or prepaid plan. Balances on existing prepaid accounts do not transfer if that account is converted to the MENA Prepaid plan/e¬voucher and vice versa .
