We were with Globstar for 4 years and could not get connected or if connected would drop call after a few minutes. Went looking and contacted Satphonecity and was given great service and was advised that the service would be there when we need it. I have checked our phones out and at anytime I turn them on I can be connected to a satellite in seconds.
Better than the Globstar and very happy with the phone and service.
