Any background IP usage exceeding the airtime allowance will be charged as per out of allowance rates
In the case of an early deactivation the customer will be charged for the remaining months of the commitment period as a onetime charge
All programs are stand alone packages
Entry, Medium and High Usage plans have implied usage (i.e., any service used subtracts from the base monthly)
Entry, Medium and High Usage plans require a 12 month term
The Post Paid plan has no term commitments and requires a refundable deposit
There is an activation charge of $50.00
Any unused monthly/quarterly allocation will not rollover to the following month/quarter
Static IP Addresses are available
Accounts will automatically renew every 12 months unless requested otherwise
Pricing is in Megabytes (MB) and not Megabits (Mb). Many Maritime services use Megabits for pricing
A 1 Megabyte file is 8 times larger than a 1 Megabit file.
